William Baran - Week 14 Devlog

Level Design:

For this week's work on level design, I mainly focused on tweaking and visuals for the rooms. I went into the tileset scene for level 1 and adjusted the wires and gadgets to use the new tileset rather than the placeholder sprites. After some feedback from Grayson, I adjusted part of the last room to prevent soft-locking. Grayson provided a list of some more feedback and adjustments to make so I plan to work on that during break and into next week.


Trailer:

I spent some more time working on the trailer this week. While I wait on a trimmed version of the main menu theme from Andrew, I gathered some of the pictures and animations I plan to use in the trailer. I planned out some ideas of what to show and how I could sync stuff up to flow with the music rather than just the music being a part of the background. While I do some playtesting on some updated builds of the game, I plan to gather some footage to use for the trailer.
