-Loading Screens-
November 8th - November 11th : +3 hours
Now that we're in the last sprint I worked on loading screens. I had the idea to take the pattern we use for the main menu and make it fill the entire screen. Next, I needed an indication that the game was loading and not frozen so I decided to add the walking animations of our characters to the bottom left corner. Lastly, because waiting on loading screens are so boring and most games add little hints I decided to add fun facts. For the text, I handmade the font and wrote out the facts I found.
-Fixes to Stomach Lagoon BG and Grass Tileset-
November 12th - November 13th : +2 hours
Other things I've been working on are separating the water layers so that Sarah has an easier time getting the parallax to look natural. Then I worked on fixing our grass tileset because the grass was too detailed. The original one made it hard to focus on the character so having a more basic coloring pattern should look a lot better.
-Poster Concept Art-
November 11th - November 15th : +3 hours
Since this game was Grayson's baby I didn't want to take the poster art completely away from him. I compromised with him that I would make some possible concept art for the poster and then he could interpret that into the final design.
